Snow Blog= Snlog?

Oh the snow...
This snowy weekend has definitely been one of the most memorable moments in college. Even though I profess to hate the snow, it has brought with it a lot of great moments that I think I'll look back with great fondness in the future.

Snowball fights, sleeping at obscenely late hours, JPJ trek, mafia, apt-lovin'/joomuk bap, Monty House service, digging out cars, Super Bowl...

It seemed like this weekend was some sort of time suspension- suspending us from the business of school and into a dreamy, vacation-like, work & worries-free couple of days.

I realize after this weekend that I tend to be/think/act too practically, meaning I oftentimes don't stop to see the beauty. In the same vein, I need to stop being such a QQer... gah I whine/complain toooooo much. Recent events have shown me words are so incredibly powerful and in them, we need to love and be joyful, not discourage and whine. I also need to stop being such a Pharisee (see Luke 18) in all aspects. I sometimes get so frustrated at my flaws and become determined to fix them, but with this mindset, nothing will be truly accomplished. It is Christ who changes, not oneself. Keeping this in mind will be good for my life.

Good night! I am so very tired, but it's that good kind of tiredness you get after having a lot of fun. I am indeed very grateful for the people in my life.

And thus ends this the weekend of February 5th...
